Vance Ginn

Vance Ginn is the president of Ginn Economic Consulting, where he works with policymakers and think tanks nationwide to advance fiscally responsible, pro-growth solutions that help people prosper.

Ginn previously served as Chief Economist at the White House Office of Management and Budget and at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, leading major reforms in property tax relief, spending restraint and education freedom.

A first-generation college graduate from a single-mother household in South Houston, Ginn earned his Ph.D. in economics from Texas Tech University. He hosts the “Let People Prosper” podcast and writes regularly at vanceginn.substack.com.

Ginn lives near Austin, Texas, with his wife and three children.
